Custom electronics, designed around your product.

Hardware design and PCB development for connected devices, sensor systems and specialised electronic products.

From requirements to a buildable board

A good PCB starts with the application: what must the device measure, control or communicate, and where will it operate? We work through power, interfaces, component selection and physical constraints before moving into schematic capture and board layout.

Our hardware development offering covers custom electronics and sensor interfaces, with prototype bring-up and design revisions scoped to the project. We can work alongside your firmware team or combine the hardware with our embedded and cloud development services.

Scope we can help define

  • System architecture, component selection and schematic design.
  • PCB layout and fabrication outputs for prototype manufacture.
  • Sensor interfaces, power supplies and connectivity requirements.
  • Board bring-up, functional checks and prototype debugging.
  • Bill of materials and manufacturing handover documentation.

What to include in your brief

Tell us the intended operating environment, enclosure constraints, expected volume, supply voltage, interfaces and any required tests. If you have an existing board, describe the problem and the available design files. Certification, laboratory testing, tooling and production quantities should be agreed explicitly in the scope.

Connect the next layer

Pair electronics development with embedded firmware development or build the entire connected IoT system.

Tell us what you are building

We welcome project enquiries from India, the USA, Germany and other European and international markets. Scope, timelines and deliverables are agreed for each engagement.

Common questions

What clients ask before starting

What information do you need to scope a board design?

The function the board has to perform, the interfaces and sensors it must support, the power source and budget, the physical envelope it must fit, the environment it will operate in, any approval or compliance targets you have in mind, and your expected production volumes.

Do you handle PCB layout as well as schematic design?

Yes. Schematic capture, component selection, layout and routing are handled as one piece of work, because layout decisions feed back into the schematic and the part choices.

What files do we receive at the end?

Schematic and PCB design sources, manufacturing outputs such as Gerber and drill files, a bill of materials, assembly drawings and fabrication notes. Handover contents are confirmed as part of the scope.

Can you design with manufacturing and assembly in mind?

Design for manufacture and assembly is part of the layout work: footprint choice, test point access, panelisation and part availability are considered while the board is being designed rather than after it is finished.

Do you support bring-up of the first prototype?

Prototype bring-up and debugging can be included in the scope. This is where most real-world issues surface, so we recommend planning for it rather than treating first articles as finished.
