Document important states, interfaces, message formats and fault behaviour. Capture known limitations and unresolved issues.
Testing and acceptance
Identify completed tests, the test environment and acceptance criteria. Distinguish completed checks from future validation.
Ownership and access
Agree ownership, licences and access in the project contract. Transfer credentials securely rather than embedding them in source packages.
