Review the design package
- Schematics, PCB outputs and bill of materials.
- Software releases matched to the hardware revision.
- Mechanical fit, connectors and assembly instructions.
- Component availability and alternatives needing revalidation.
Plan production and acceptance
Discuss assembly, test fixtures, programming, traceability and rejection or repair procedures. Identify specialist testing needed for the target market.
Prepare for operation
Agree installation, updates, diagnostics and support before expanding a pilot.
